Launch the clamps on the the higher timing belt cowl and disconnect the higher timing belt cowl. Remove the proper mounting brace for the engine. Install the bolt for the crankshaft pulley briefly.

Flip the crankshaft clockwise to align the dimple on the crankshaft sprocket with the notch on the oil pump. Disconnect the tensioner for the timing belt and the timing belt.

Install the new timing belt on the crankshaft sprocket, water pump pulley, left camshaft sprocket, No. 2 loafer pulley, proper camshaft sprocket and No. 1 loafer pulley in that order. Push the pushrod into the housing for the timing belt tensioner with vertical press ninety eight,1-9807 to align the holes in the tensioner housing. Place a 1.27mm Allen wrench to carry the pushrod in place and launch the vertical press. Install the tensioner for the timing belt and tighten the mounting bolts to twenty ft. lbs. with a torque wrench. Remove the Allen wrench from the housing on the belt tensioner and switch the crankshaft clockwise two full turns in order that the timing marks align.

Remove the bolt for the crankshaft pulley with a socket wrench. Join the proper mounting bracket for the engine and tighten its bolts to 21 ft. lbs with a socket wrench. Install the higher cowl for the timing belt and join the information for the timing belt in order that its cup aspect faces down. Join the lower cowl for the timing belt.

Install the crankshaft pulley with device 09213-54015, 91651-60855 and 09330-00021. Tighten the mounting bolts to 159 ft. lbs. with a torque wrench. Carry out steps one by 4 in reverse order to put in the extra parts. Begin the engine and examine for oil leaks.
